Absolutely love how this one came out. An array of greens showcased by 3 different minerals. Starting up top we have a 3mm Emerald facet, followed by a really interesting Demantoid Garnet specimen, and finished off on the bottom with a Chrome Diopside Trillion. All wrapped in Antiqued Sterling Silver. The Emerald is held in place by a Fine Silver tube setting, the Demantoid Garnet is held in place by a wire tension setting, good old wire wrap style, and the trillion is set in a handmade Sterling Silver setting. All built on a frame of 18g square Sterling Silver wire.

One of my goals going in to this design was to pack as much flow into as small of a space as I could while maintaining a sense of minimalism. Being able to solder traditional settings on to frames really helps with that, I think. Where settings using only wire necessarily give off a look of being ‘clutched’ a tube setting looks to be floating next to it by comparison.

This piece ships with a 23.5” 1.2mm Rounded Box Chain.
